How much does it cost to ship to my address?
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Shipping rates vary depending on location and company selected for shipping. All of these quotes will be provided at checkout!
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We recommend USPS for Canadian orders—it has lower customs and delivery fees than UPS, which may appear cheaper upfront but often includes high import charges.
Does the kit include the Driver Display?
Yes, every kit includes the Driver Display unless clearly labeled “Infotainment Only.” You’ll receive everything shown in the product images and listed in the description.
What’s the difference between HD and Anti-Glare film?
- HD Film: Clear, glossy, and nearly invisible once installed. It resists fingerprints and hides existing micro-scratches.
- Anti-Glare Film: Matte finish that reduces glare and hides fingerprints, but slightly softens screen clarity. Offered only for infotainment screens.
Do you offer Right-Hand Drive (RHD) kits?
Yes! If you're ordering from a country where RHD is standard (e.g., UK, Australia), we’ll send an RHD version automatically. If you're in a LHD country (e.g., USA, Canada), please email us before or immediately after placing your order so we can update your request.
Can I order just the Driver Display or just the Infotainment Screen?
Yes! Use these discount codes as needed.

Can I order the kit without one of the screens?

What’s your order processing time?
We typically ship all orders within 3 business days.
Will this kit fit a different vehicle than listed?
Each kit is custom-designed for specific vehicles. Even if screens look similar, we cannot guarantee proper fitment for unlisted models.
Are there any current discount codes?
Check the top of our website homepage for live promotions. You can also find discounts in vehicle forums and communities. Or send us a photo of a screen that really needs restoring, an incredible football experience, or anything else remarkable and we'll see what else we can find.
After Purchase
Why is the spray bottle empty?
Each bottle contains concentrated soap. Add water to mix. If needed, you can recreate the solution with a drop of mild dish soap and water.
How do I clean my screen?
Whether you have the film on your screen already, or not, you can still clean the screen a variety of ways. Using our install solution works to clean the screen. You can also use Windex or a warm soapy water on a scratch free cloth. Our proprietary Nano Aplica Cleaner with cleaning cloth is our top recommended way to clean any screen. What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. All kits are custom-made. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products in original packaging.

- You are responsible for return shipping
- A 50% restocking fee applies if the label is attached directly to the shipping tube without protective covering

How much is a replacement film?
- HD Film starts at $9.95 per piece.
- Anti-Glare Film: $12.95
Shipping not included. If you selected install insurance in your original order, we have more discounts available.
Can I switch the film type after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, yes. If it has, you’ll need a replacement order at standard cost plus shipping.
Can I add Installation Insurance after ordering?
Yes, we can process this as a replacement order. You’ll pay the original cost plus shipping. If the order has not shipped will be able to add it in without any increased shipping costs.
Can I add another piece of film to my order?
If the order hasn't shipped, we can add it. If already shipped, a replacement order is required.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
USPS picks up orders daily in bulk. Tracking may not update until the package is near delivery. If 15+ days (35 for international) pass after the first scan, we can file a claim and ship a replacement.
Is my package lost?
If 15 days (35 international) pass with no tracking update, we’ll send a replacement. Please contact us to start this process.
Will the bubbles go away?
Yes. Bubbles are caused by water under the film and will disappear as it cures—usually within a few days. Cold delays curing; heat can help speed it up.
What if I received the wrong or damaged film?
Email us at cs@screenprotech.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement promptly.
